Austin, who was the first KBO senior to welcome Yokishi back to the game, gave Yokishi a spicy welcome with two home runs in one inning.

As Austin stepped up to bat, he took off his helmet and bowed to Yokishi. It was a way to welcome him back. Yokishi raised his hand in return, creating a heartwarming moment.
With a one-pitch count and 1B, Austin lifted a 132-kilometer changeup low and away from Yokishi’s body for a leadoff home run over the left-field fence. The pitch was so well hit that he knew it was a home run the moment he saw it.
As the ball cleared the fence, Austin raised his right arm in celebration, while Yokishi bit his lip in disappointment. It was a two-run shot to make it 3-2, a one-run game.
Yokishi struggled against the LG batting lineup. Yokishi gave up three runs on five consecutive hits to Moon Bo-kyung, Park Dong-won, Oh Ji-hwan, Kim Hyun-soo, and Park Hae-min, and LG took a 5-3 lead. He struck out Koo Bon-hyuk in a six-pitch at-bat, but a wild pitch and a walk to Hong Chang-ki with runners on first and second gave way to a three-run triple by Shin Min-jae to make it 8-3.
Austin, batting second in the order, hit another home run off Yokishi.
