“Pay attention to the women’s team!” Why we’re excited to see what Black Label Sports will do next

It’s worth keeping an eye on the progress of the women’s Black Label Sports team as well as the men’s team. The Black Label Sports women’s 3×3 team has already won two Korea Tour titles in less than two months since its inception.

On Sunday (Oct. 20), Black Label Sports won the Women’s Open Division final of the KBA 3×3 Korea Tour 2024 5th Finals Jeonju, held at a special court in front of the Seohak Museum of Art in Jeonju, with a 20-9 victory 바카라사이트 over YAP.

Black Label Sports, which is comprised of five-on-five pros Choi Hee-jin and Lee Issa-bin, along with Lim Hee-jin and Cho Eun-jeong, won the tournament in four matches. It was their second consecutive title after winning the Korea Tour Jecheon in September.

Black Label Sports, which advanced to the finals with two consecutive wins despite playing without center Im Hee-jin in the preliminary round the previous day, joined the team in the finals on the 20th and became complete, winning all four games. Lee Isabin’s steady game management shined, while Lim Hee-jin, Cho Eun-jung, and Choi Hee-jin helped out in the dirty work and shooting.

After leading Black Label Sports to victory, Cho Eun-jung (F, 170 cm) said, “I’m glad we won the final. I’m even happier because we won the championship with four players, including Lim Hee-jin, who was absent yesterday,” said Cho.

Black Label Sports is shaking up the domestic 3×3 scene with the creation of a women’s division after the men’s. “In the last Jecheon tournament, there were some creaky parts because it was the first tournament. This time, we made up for what didn’t go well in Jecheon, and we talked a lot about sacrificing and filling in for each other. It was definitely more harmonious than before,” he said of the adjustment period.

“I’m happy that we won two tournaments in a row right out of the gate. Next year, we’ll work together better to keep the momentum going. We will come back even stronger than this year,” he said.
