MLB.com has identified 10 players as trade targets to keep an eye on after the All-Star break on Monday (Aug. 18). The May 31 trade deadline is less than two weeks away.

One player that stands out is Toronto catcher Jansen. As MLB.com notes, “Jansen is a catcher who could be available. The 29-year-old Jansen, who signed a $5.2 million contract ahead of this season, is nearing free agency. He could be of interest to a number of teams.”
